We suggest, however, that you must try our mattresses for the full 30 night period to allow time for a true evaluation of the benefit they can offer as there can sometimes be an adjustment period when you begin to sleep on the mattress.

In the unlikely event that you find your mattress unsuitable we are pleased to offer a 30 night return policy with a full refund, minus £ 60 collection and admin charge with no complicated clauses. Please note memory foam only mattresses are only eligible for the trial period and not toppers or pocket sprung mattresses with memory foam or any bespoke made to order items.Please note mattresses are only eligible for one trial period or one exchange.

Please contact us via email at sales@mymemorymattress.co.uk to notify us of your intention to return the product under the terms of the trial.

We will send you packaging that must be used in order to protect the product from damage during transit. It is your responsibility to ensure that all items, including the pillows which must be unused, are safely and securely wrapped and must be returned in a non soiled condition or your trial will be invalid and a refund will not be able to be processed.

Please note pillows are not included in the trial period and must be returned unused or the cost price for these will be deducted along with the disposal/collection costs. We suggest you ensure you are happy with the mattress before using the pillows.

Contact us again to confirm you have received packaging and together we arrange a mutually convenient date for collection or exchange.

Upon inspection of returned goods, refunds will be processed within 7 days.

PLEASE NOTE: mattresses returned under our 30 night trial period are safely disposed of, or given to charity, and are never reused or resold. The 30-night trial does not apply to any bespoke, or special shape or size products.
