How long will delivery take?
We will aim to deliver stock items on a next working day or within 5 working days. Items that are not in stock will be delivered as soon as they arrive at our premises

As we have been established for so long, we have excellent relationships with several UK manufacturers and as we purchase in large volumes we are able to pass on our savings to you the consumer.
What do I do if the good(s) I have purchased is/are damaged?

What is the returns policy?
Once you have received your Product(s) from mymemorymattress you have 7 days to decide if you wish to return them. If you use the product or take the product out of its vacumn packed packaging we would be unable accept the goods back.
If you decide you do not want the good(s) delivered for what ever reason you may return them back to our warehouse. providing you have not used the goods and returned them back in the original packaging and free of defects then we will happily refund your money minus any shipping costs back to our warehouse. For hygene reasons mattresses that have been slept on will not be accepted back unless faulty. Please note this does not apply to items that have been specifically tailored to a customers requirement - Any custom made products are non returnable

Delivery charges for memory mattress products and our other products vary for non UK mainland and Scottish highlands addresses, products are usually delivered within 2 to 10 working days of order unless advised otherwise.
